Tomato Salsa:
- 4 chopped vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 2-3 tablespoons diced red onion
- 3 T chopped cilantro
- 2 teas. minced garlic
- lime juice
- 2 teas. cumin
- 1 teas. chili powder
- salt and pepper
- a little bit of olive oil

Avocado Salsa:
- 1-2 chopped vine ripe tomatoes
- 2 chopped avocados
- 1 T diced red onion
- 1 - 2 T chopped cilantro
- 1/2 diced jalapeno
- 2 teas. cumin
- 1 teas. chili powder
- few sifts of garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice

-4 Packages small phyllo cups
-1 1/2 Packages reduced fat cream cheese
-2 Logs of goat cheese
-1 ½ Tablespoons honey
-2 Teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
-Salt to taste
-1 ½ lbs strawberries, sliced
-1 Package basil, sliced
-Lay out phyllo cups on serving platter and let thaw.
-In small mixing bowl, mix together goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, pepper and salt. Spoon one spoonfull of the cheese mixture into the phyllo cups. Top with sliced basil and strawberry pieces. Serve.
