Southwest “Fish taco” salad
Chopped cabbage
Chopped Spinach
black beans
1/2 diced jalapeño
1/4 diced red pepper
sliced avocado
Goat Feta Cheese
fresh tomato salsa
salsa verde (from mexican area in store)
Blacked tilapia (spiced with the paul prudhome redfish blackening and creole seasoning)
pretty much just toss everything, put salsa and avocado slices, and a little feta on top.
